Terms of Service for Conscious Masculinity

Introduction

Welcome to Conscious Masculinity. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including Men's Circle Subscription, 1-on-1 Coaching Programs, Online Courses, and Retreats, provided by Conscious Masculinity (the "Company"). All of our offerings are designed to support you in your journey towards personal growth and a deeper understanding of masculinity. By accessing or enrolling in our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services Offered

1. Conscious Masculinity Brotherhood Circle (CMBC) Membership

The Conscious Masculinity Brotherhood Circle (CMBC) is a subscription-based service offering regular semi-monthly meetings, access to private group, and a community forum for ongoing support and discussion. Each session will cover various topics related to personal development, masculinity, and community building.

Billing and payment terms:

Membership fees are billed on a monthly basis and must be paid in advance. Payments are non-refundable and are required to maintain active membership in the CMBC. Payment details and methods will be provided upon registration.

Cancellation and Termination:

Members may cancel their subscription at any time; however, refunds will not be provided for the remaining period of the subscription. The Company reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member violates any terms of this agreement, with no refund.

Disclaimers:

The Men's Circle is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing severe mental health issues, please seek professional help. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcomes from participation in the Men's Circle.

Limitation of Liability:

The Company is not liable for any personal or emotional distress that may arise from participation in the Men's Circle.

2. 1-on-1 Coaching Programs:

The 1-on-1 Coaching Program at Conscious Masculinity is structured as a series of personalized coaching sessions, designed to support your individual growth and exploration of masculinity. The program consists of one-hour coaching sessions, conducted once a week over a period of 10 weeks. Each session will be tailored to your personal goals and needs, focusing on areas such as personal development, understanding of masculinity, and strategies for life improvement.

Program Commitment and Structure:

By enrolling in this program, you commit to a 10-week journey with us, engaging in weekly one-hour sessions. These sessions are designed to build upon each other, creating a comprehensive and cohesive coaching experience. To gain the full benefit of the program, consistent participation in each weekly session is strongly encouraged.

Fees and Payment:

The total fee for the 10-week 1-on-1 Coaching Program is $3000. Full payment is required upfront, however, at the Company's digression an offer of a payment plan may be extended to the client, as agreed upon at the start of the program. Given the commitment involved in planning and reserving these personalized sessions, the program fee is non-refundable.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unexpected events can occur. If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours] in advance. We will do our best to accommodate a rescheduled session based on availability. However, consistent attendance is key to the success of your coaching journey. Missed sessions without proper notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

3. Online Courses:

Our courses are designed to provide in-depth knowledge and tools for personal development and understanding of masculinity. By enrolling in and accessing our online courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Course Access and Content

- Upon enrollment and payment, participants will gain access to the online course materials, which may include video lessons, readings, exercises, and other learning resources.

- The course content is to be used by the registered participant only and is not to be shared or distributed to non-registered individuals.

Payment and Refund Policy

- Full payment is required to gain access to the course.

- Given the nature of digital content and immediate access to course materials, we do not offer refunds once the course is purchased. Please review the course outline and sample materials (if available) before making your purchase.

Intellectual Property Rights

- All course materials, including videos, texts, and graphics, are the property of Conscious Masculinity and are protected by copyright laws.

- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the course content without explicit written permission from Conscious Masculinity.

User Conduct

- Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally in all interactions related to the course, including discussions or forums if applicable.

- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the course without a refund.

Technical Requirements and Access

- Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet access to participate in the course.

- Conscious Masculinity is not responsible for any technical issues on the user's end that may hinder access to course materials.

4.Retreats:

Our retreats are designed to provide an immersive experience in personal growth, mindfulness, and exploration of masculinity. By registering for our retreat, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Description of the Retreat

Fees and Payment

Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Due to the nature of retreat planning and expenses, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date will be refunded 50% of the total fee.

- Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.

- We recommend that participants purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent attendance.

Participant Responsibilities

- Participants are responsible for their travel to and from the retreat location.

- While at the retreat, participants are expected to respect the retreat schedule, other participants, staff, and the retreat environment.

- Participants must inform the retreat organizers of any medical or dietary requirements in advance.

Health and Safety

- Participants must acknowledge that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the retreat activities.

- The Company is not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.

Conduct and Behavior

- Respectful and mindful behavior is expected at all times.

- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.

Payment Terms:

- All services, including Men's Circle Subscription, 1-on-1 Coaching Programs, and Retreat Fees, require payment in full in advance. This enables us to provide the highest quality experience and resources for our clients.

- Investment in Growth:

- We view your payment not just as a transaction, but as a commitment to your personal growth and development. Our programs are designed to provide transformative experiences, and your investment reflects a commitment to this journey.

- Refund Policy:

- In recognition of the commitment and resources involved in providing our services, we maintain a policy of no refunds. This policy is in place to encourage a full commitment to the coaching process, which is an integral part of the growth and transformation journey.

- We understand that life circumstances can change. Therefore, we encourage clients to carefully consider their ability to commit to the program before enrolling.

- In exceptional circumstances, we may consider requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis. Such considerations will be at the sole discretion of Conscious Masculinity and will require a detailed explanation of the circumstances.

- Cancellations and Rescheduling:

- In the case of retreats, due to the nature of the event planning and logistics, cancellations or rescheduling may not be possible once a booking is confirmed.

Limitation of Liability

- The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses.

- By participating in retreats, you agree to release Conscious Masculinity from any liability for any injury or loss incurred during the retreat.

Amendments to Terms

- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the services following any amendments indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

- These Terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida.
